Dolphins are at war with pirates, and have been for many years. They realised that there was too many pirates in ocean so they started a war with them to make sure that there will be no more humans in the water. 

Dolphins want the world all to themselves and they are starting with the ocean, once they have killed every pirates then every other boat will sink, shipping lanes will close.
